Japanese? Yes, please!

I love tweaking my diet.  Yes, I'm a little obsessive.  This year I've eliminated gluten, corn, and oats, and reduced my intake of beans as I loosely follow the paleo diet.  Guess what I can still eat?  Seaweed salad!!!  Japan's gift to America (better than those damn cherry trees and all the tourists clogging up my hood).

You can roll your own sushi with fishies for the lapsed vegetarians like me, or sweet potato, avocado, and teriyaki-glazed tempeh for the good kids.  It's really easy and fun.

Looking to take it to the next level and impress the ladies?  Try making your own seaweed salad.  Go Veg and Be a Better Runner: Sushi: "As a vegetarian, I don't eat sushi, but it's worth going to the Sushi bar to get some Seaweed Salad for the vitamin B12. Recipe from Linda..."

Vegan-Style Back in the FC

Man, I had some sweet cooking chops back in the '06.  Check this mega-rad Ethiopian food we made.  You are drooling RIGHT NOW!  http://ninjasidekick.blogspot.com/

Found my buddy Wayne "kickin' ass" Baylor's old home http://www.myspace.com/waynebaylor.  And my ancient livejournal is still up, too:  http://ninjasidekick.livejournal.com/  Looks like Google has a hording problem.

Don't really cook much these days because I am the l-a-z-y.  You will also notice I was a little running fool pirate, on account of the skinniness.  Not anymore.  Check out Linda Hachero's hot dog runner: http://veggiedogrunner.blogspot.com/ while you're at it.  He is adorable!

Good night from the sidekick.

Dey Duke Arh Blegs!

Seriously? Wtf, blogger and aol conspired against me to refuse access to my number one awesome blog from back in the day.  Whatever.  I will link to it, and let the love continue to flow.

Ninja, we're back in business.  Get your black pajamas out!
